Liz oversees all aspects of Houlihan Lawrence's operations, including the company's residtial and commercial brokerage divisions, with 30 offices and 1,300 agents. As President, Liz is shaping Houlihan Lawrence's strategy and directing operations with a focus on driving growth, while preserving their legacy of exceeding expectations known to generations of buyers and sellers.
Liz brings a worldwide reputation to the role, offering a unique perspective that combines knowledge and experience in brokerage management and operations, with corporate relocation and the luxury real estate market. She began her career with real estate brokerages in Philadelphia and then the Baltimore/Washington DC areas before moving to New York and joining Houlihan Lawrence where she helmed the company's Global Business Development team. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2018, where she oversaw all core functions of the business and set a strategic plan for growing both agent and company productivity. A licensed real estate broker, Liz has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors since 2006 and the Board of Directors of the Hudson Gateway MLS from 2014-2017.
As Senior VP of Sales, Debbie is responsible for overseeing our 30 offices throughout New York and Connecticut and works closely with our brokerage managers and sales associates. A 35-year real estate veteran, Deborah Doern started her career at her family's real estate appraisal firm in 1996 before transitioning to the sales side of the business, becoming a top producer in the Sound Shore region then moving into management. She joined Houlihan Lawrence in 2007 as the Rye, NY brokerage manager before transferring to the Larchmont, NY office, also as brokerage manager in 2011. Under her leadership the office consistently ranked #1 in Larchmont.
Andrew Lafreniere is the Chief Information Officer at Houlihan Lawrence and has been with the company for over 20 years. Prior to his current position, Andrew was the Director of Information Technology. Andrew is an accomplished technology leader within the real estate industry with a track record of implementing highly-valued solutions and strategies that lead to competitive advantage, improved business outcomes and market leverage. Andrew oversees a team of IT and research analysts, with oversight over all technology-related matters for Houlihan Lawrence.
John oversees Houlihan Lawrence's core operations as Chief Operating Officer, with years of industry expertise in financial and data analysis, strategic initiatives and executive operational leadership. Prior to this role John was head of the Residential Listing Service at REBNY, and led strategic initiatives at The Realogy Franchise Group, a business unit of Realogy.
