Marylou Pratt

Marylou Pratt has been a resident of Dutchess County for 19 years residing in East Fishkill/Hopewell Junction. Marylou previously resided in Westchester County townships of Croton and Valhalla. Before becoming a Realtor Marylou worked on Wall Street as a Research Assistant for the trading floor. Marylou quickly learned to keep digging until she got what she wanted. It also taught her to never give up when something does not work out but to think of alternatives. Marylou was taught by a professional Economist to always "think ahead and act instead of react" because, when you react you make mistakes. After having three boys Marylou and a friend decided to start investing in rental properties. They bought a building up in the Catskills and applied for a grant to start fixing it up. By doing this Marylou learned how to advertise and sell her product. Marylou and her husband also started investing in vacation rental properties. They do all the work from designing on a dime, sending out the contracts and getting the houses maintained and cleaned . This has taught Marylou with hard work and patience you can achieve anything. Marylou decided to become a Realtor to try and help people learn what she knows and to guide them to dream big because anything is possible. Marylou's main goal is to learn as much as she can so she will know the best way to achieve your goals.
