Ashleigh Rader

Ashleigh has been involved with the buying and selling of residential real estate in Lower Fairfield County since 2014. She simultaneously has built a business with banks in managing and selling their REO inventory. Her approach to business is to put her client's needs first, and to conduct herself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in all areas of real estate. She prides herself on accurately pricing homes for clients the first time, ensuring sales happen quickly and at the right price. Ashleigh is the principal of Darien Rowayton Homes, a boutique full-service real estate and interior design company. She previously served as a Store Team Leader with Whole Foods Market in the New York City and Boston metro areas, with a focus on new store openings. A graduate of The Hotchkiss School, she holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. A resident of the area since 2010, Ashleigh and her husband Shaun live in Rowayton with their son and daughter. They enjoy spending time year-round at the area beaches, and enjoying all that lower Fairfield County has to offer.
