Elsa Case

I am a full-time realtor dedicated to helping you navigate the home buying and selling process smoothly, with clear communication, resourcefulness and a solution-based approach. I believe truly understanding each individual’s unique needs are key to connecting the right people with the right home. I curate a home discovery process that is efficient and effective for home buyers and have a wealth of experience in marketing and media for sellers to position their property in the best light and target the right audience. Prior to my career in real estate I had an extensive career in publishing and broadcast, most recently overseeing the events division for a national media company. I have a strong background in negotiation, marketing, strategic planning and execution, and communications. When I made the decision to ground my life and put down roots, I choose Greenwich. I fell in love with the town. It is such a special place. With miles of shoreline, acres of parks, great restaurants, cultural events and strong community, I knew this was the perfect place for me. I get joy from helping others discover all the town has to offer. I am a passionate animal welfare advocate. I have an adopted cat, Fiona. I love the outdoors, nature, listening to podcasts, learning and personal development. I also enjoy meditation, strength training, running, and yoga.

Professional Associations & Designations

I am a district captain for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and support various local and national animal welfare organizations. I have planned and participated in many charitable and community events throughout Connecticut including Komen Connecticut’s Pink Party, Yappy Hour pet adoption event, Manchester Road Race, Hartford Marathon, Misquamicut Half Marathon, Iron Horse Half Marathon, Hartford St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and the New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Community Involvement

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a minor in theater from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. I am an alumnus of Kappa Delta Phi sorority. Before transferring to Plymouth I attended Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where I played on the women’s soccer team.
