Helen Libson

I began my real estate career 25 years ago in White Plains and relocated to Scarsdale where I joined Houlihan Lawrence and where I have been privileged to successfully offer my buyers and sellers the benefit of my expertise and experience in reaching their real estate goals. I strongly adhere to the principle that attentiveness and sensitivity to criteria and circumstances are crucial to a successful business relationship and positive real estate experience. In addition to Scarsdale and Edgemont, I enjoy working and serving my clients in Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua, Armonk and White Plains along with neighboring towns. Working with the market leader in Westchester, Houlihan Lawrence provides me with the most up to date marketing, resources, state of the art technology and professionalism in the industry. Additionally my design company "Helen Libson, Ltd" co-exists with my real estate career offering staging, color and room layout consultation and serving buyers and sellers with renovation guidance and referral information. I have seen how my professional design background has been a major asset in my ability to further assist my clients in the purchase or sale of a home. I was raised and have lived my whole life here in Westchester where I have also raised my family of three children who all continue to live here with their families. I am a professional watercolor artist who has exhibited extensively throughout the county and Manhattan. I also have a passionate interest and involvement in issues regarding medical ethics and patient rights. I received my B.A. degree from Boston University and a certificate of qualification from the New York School of Interior Design.
