Having always worked in the service industry, a former Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, Project Manager of a Lifestyle Public Relations agency and former Fitness Studio/Boutique owner (Bodd), I have honed skills that offer an exceptional level of customer service and a genuine desire to work with and help people.

I have three children and have been actively involved local schools and communities over the years. My kids attend North Street Elementary School, Greenwich Senior High School and King Low Heywood in North Stamford. I am currently being considered for a seat on the board of an agency at Greenwich Town Hall.
Personal Interests
I relish watching any of my kids play sports. Soccer, basketball, lacrosse or tae-kwon-do I love to be there. In my free time I am still doing some personal training and I have found a new love in playing Paddle Tennis after years of playing tennis competitively. Formally trained in Lotte Berk; Bar Method and Exhale brand, I spent the better part of the last 20 years teaching group fitness classes. This is how I have became well in tune with the lives my clients lead. I am passionate about the importance that strength, endurance and flexibility are to a healthy life-style. I can help you find a great home with a killer workout space and train you in it! If I'm not in CT you can usually find me with family on Cape Cod.
