With over 12 years of experience as an attorney in the financial industry, Cathleen Morgan is skilled in the practice of communication and negotiation. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Cathleen was a securities litigation attorney at Brown & Wood in New York and in-house counsel for Merrill Lynch in both the Singapore and New York offices. Cathleen's practice of handling disputes and resolving them has helped her to guide her clients carefully through the sales process and to achieve her client's goals through over $20 million of transactions. Having recently completed an entire house renovation for the second time, Cathleen is also comfortable with envisioning the potential of a home and navigating the challenges of real estate value. Finally, Cathleen’s tireless dedication to clients and focus on completing the job at hand translate into concluding transactions efficiently and professionally. Cathleen lived in Rowayton for 2 years with her husband and two children and moved to Darien in 2006.
