Doug Milne

Doug Milne is the founder and former President of Kelly Associates Real Estate serving Darien, New Canaan ,Rowayton and Westport Connecticut. Since 1979 he has been involved in hundreds of transactions. Mr. Milne started his career in sales and sales management at IBM, and has lived in Darien since 1958. He has extensive experience in new construction development and land subdivision and the marketing of coastal properties. Since 2008 Mr. Milne has facilitated in excess of $600,000,000 of real estate sales including most of the largest waterfront properties in Darien based on sales price. In addition, he has consistently invested in commercial real estate since 1981. Currently he owns property in Darien, New Canaan and Colorado. Mr. Milne was an original founder and Chairman of the Board of The Bank of Darien. Doug has served as a Director and President of the Darien YMCA, was Chairman of the Board of the Easter Seals Rehab Center, a Director of the Darien United Way, the Darien Land Trust and Wee Burn Country Club. He is the former Chairman of the Board of the Stamford Hospital and currently vice chairman of the Stamford Hospital Foundation.
