Actively involved in New Canaan for over 30 years, Emily first moved to the area in 1978 and has been an integral part of the community ever since. While her two children were growing up, she served on numerous boards, helping to raise funds for the New Canaan Nature Center, Waveny Care Center, St. Mark’s Parish and St. Mark’s Nursery School. Today she contributes her time to organizations including Waveny Care Center and community outreach projects. An accomplished cook specializing in Northern Italian cuisine, Emily has frequently contributed her expertise in the field to numerous fundraising efforts and has served as a consultant for several cookbooks, most recently in 2010 for the American Red Cross.
